Kisling, Nestico and Redick: One Of The Finest Law Firms In Ohio

If you build it, they will come. We have heard this mantra for years and there is a lot of validity to it. That said, there is also an element of not just building something, but building it well, which is what will make it a success. When it comes to the legal profession, Kisling, Nestico & Redick (KNR), a very prominent law firm headquartered in Ohio, has built a venerated firm that has attracted numerous clients.

Rob Nestico, at just 15 years old, was in a terrible car accident where he suffered from severe injuries. The injuries to his arms were so bad, he ended up getting steel rods in his arms. Although his parents consulted with attorneys, he felt they were definitely taken advantage of because his Italian parents spoke little English. He felt that the firm took full-advantage of his parents inability to fend for themselves in the native tongue of the country and that they all suffered financially as a result.

Kisling Nestico & Redick – Award Winning Personal Injury Law Firm

This turn-of-events galvanized Mr. Nestico and he set out on a path to develop a thriving business helping clients, like his parents, battle large insurance companies and to help them fight back against those who are unable to wage such a fight. This firm that Mr. Nestico started has gone on to help a large number of people in the greater Ohio area.

Kisling Nestico & Redick is not just winning cases for its clients, but they are also changing the way the businesses they pursue conduct their affairs. In one case, where a couple was killed in an accident, Kisling Nestico & Redick established, as part of the settlement agreement, that the trucking company held responsible would set up a fund to enforce stricter training for its employees. In this way, they are trying to both address tragic loss while also trying to avoid this kind of problem going forward. This is likely why Kisling Nestico & Redick is so successful.
