OSI Group recently struck a huge dal to help with the growing demand for the Impossible Burger. This is a plant-based food for people who do not want to eat meat. So far there have been several restaurants that have tackled this option and have seen profits soar as a result of it. Sheldon Lavin was responsible for making this happen which helps with providing jobs and equipment to meet this demand. It also means that OSI Group will see profits from this as well.
